1. How do I attach Hero to my phone?
Simply peel off the sticker on the back of HERO and press it to the bottom back of your phone (or case), with loop facing up. Allow it to set for 5 minutes.

2. Where should I mount Hero on the back of my phone?
For best results, stick Hero towards the bottom of your phone. This ensures maximum support when the kickstand is open and the phone is in portrait (upright) mode.

3. Can you send me an extra adhesive?
We’d be happy to! Just email us at hello@hero.luxury.

4. What happens if my Hero leather tears or the magnet gets loose?
We offer a 1-year warranty. Just contact us and we’ll send you a new one.

5. What phones is Hero compatible with?
Hero will stick to the back of all phones and hard cases.

6. Will it interfere with my MagSafe charger?
Hero will not block disk chargers that snap to the back of your phone. Simply move the leather strap away to snap on your charger. Hero will not work with flat or lean-back chargers, as the buckle will separate the phone from the charger.

7. Can the grip be removed or repositioned?
Yes. The adhesive, while strong, is designed to be removed and repositioned up to 3 times. We also include an extra adhesive in the instruction booklet with each order.

8. How strong is the adhesive?
Strong enough to securely hold your phone during daily use.

9. Does the kickstand work in both portrait and landscape?
Absolutely — it supports both vertical and horizontal viewing angles.

10. Is it comfortable to hold for long periods?
Yes — the premium hand-stitched leather and ergonomic loop are designed for all-day comfort.

11. Will it damage my phone or case?
No — the adhesive is strong, but not enough to damage your phone or case when removing it.

12. How much weight can it support as a stand?
Sturdy enough for any smartphone and even small tablets up to 8 inches.

13. What’s included in the box?
1x HERO phone grip, mounting instructions, and an extra adhesive.
